You are not required to give a reason for your request.
3. RESPONSE TIMES
Public authorities must respond within 20 working days of receipt. In
complex cases, this may be extended by up to 20 additional working days,
provided written notice is given to the applicant.
4. FEES
The first 50 pages of information are provided free of charge. Thereafter,
a fee of AKD 0.15 per page may apply. Fees for digital records are waived
in most cases. Fee waivers are available for students, journalists, and
persons demonstrating financial hardship.
5. EXEMPTIONS

Where a request is refused in whole or in part, the authority must cite the
specific exemption applied and inform you of your right to appeal.
6. APPEALS
If you are dissatisfied with a response, you may:
Step 1: Request an internal review by the relevant public authority
(within 30 days)
